6 Easy steps for a hassle-free claim

Report the loss to Bryte (direct customers) or to your intermediary

The first step is to let us or your broker know about the loss as soon as possible so we can guide you through the process.

Complete the claim form and gather documents

Fill out the claim form and gather any necessary supporting documents to help us process your claim quickly.

Submit your claim

Once everything’s ready, submit your completed form and documents to your broker or directly to Bryte at FNOL@Bryte.co.bw.

Claim registration and review

Once we receive your claim, we’ll register it and review the situation, if needed.

Claim assessment

We’ll review all the details and, if necessary, arrange for an assessment to ensure everything is in order.

Claim finalised

After the review, we’ll finalise your claim and get things wrapped up as quickly as possible.
